Clear the edges of the view
The details around the room should feel clean, too.
Accessible outdoor-facing windows, screens, and enclosure details receive targeted care so the space does not stop at a clean floor.

The problem
Why these details matter.
Dust, pollen, splash, salt, webbing, and organic debris collect on the boundaries of an outdoor room. They can make the whole space feel dull even after the primary surfaces are cleaned.
Scope
Scope is confirmed by access
- Accessible outdoor-facing glass
- Screen mesh and frames
- Enclosure details and tracks
- Door and slider thresholds
- Nearby landscaping and drainage noted
- Damaged screening identified in advance
What changes the scope
We evaluate height, screen type, enclosure condition, nearby landscaping, drainage, and the interior and exterior boundary before confirming the included areas. Damaged or fragile screens should be identified before the visit.
Confirm maximum working height, pool-cage and enclosure capabilities, any pure-water window process, interior window policy, hard-water treatment, and repair exclusions.

Repairs excludedAnswers
Before we visit
Do you clean pool cages and screen enclosures?
Accessible screens and enclosure details may be included after condition and access are assessed. Fragile or damaged screening, high work, and structural or repair needs can change the scope.
Do you clean interior windows?
Interior glass is handled only when it is written into the scope. Tell us at the walkthrough if you want it included.

Send a photo from inside, looking out.
That single frame tells us more about the mesh than a photo of the outside ever will.
